These are new, but I can't guarantee anything. The other one I took the panel off to check it out and that bent edges a little bit. Luminii PDCU-D-96-24 universal dimmablr led driver 5 in 1 dimming lot of I don't know if its broken.

However 1 of them has something rattling inside. So then I didn't want to do that the other one with rattling noise. Lot of 2 new in box, unused.
